Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a Lawyer at Samsung SDS, you will be a key member of our legal and compliance team, providing support to management and operations across multiple countries in Europe focus on mid/East EU region. Your role will involve offering legal advice, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to strategic decision-making and cooperate with RHQ and HQ legal team.

Responsibilities:

* Preparing draft and Review Contracts: Develop and manage a comprehensive library of contract templates tailored to the company’s needs, handling over 100 contracts annually. Focus primarily on logistics services, but also extend expertise to additional sectors as needed.

* Negotiate Agreements: Lead negotiations on commercial agreements, ensuring they meet the business's strategic goals while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

* Risk Management: Identify potential legal and business risks involved in contracts and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.

* Legal Compliance: Ensure all contracts are in compliance with international, state, and local laws and regulations.

* Contract Administration: Utilize contract management software to track and manage the lifecycle of all contracts, ensuring timely reviews, renewals, and execution.

* Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all contracts and all legal issues, including commercial, corporate, antitrust, data protection, compliance and governance matters and implementation of legal, compliance & data protection requirements.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

* Law degree and relevant experience in commercial law and compliance.

* Experience with legal logistics agenda is an advantage​

* Familiarity with European legal frameworks and regulations.

* Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.

*Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in German language
