Our operations team

Our operations team is responsible for what customers actually see and book on our website. 

We make sure boats are online, correctly set up, well priced, and fully bookable. This means that most of your days will look like this: working with data, working with our system, and speaking to partners. You’ll jump on calls, spot gaps, improve quality, and keep the product operations moving fast.

What you will do

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who will take ownership of building and improving our product.

You will work with large datasets and turn them into a clear, accurate, and customer friendly product on our website. This also means communicating with partners to gather missing information, clarify details, and keep things moving forward.

This is not a purely analytical role, but rather execution heavy, fast paced, and requires ownership.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Adding new boats to the platform
• Ensuring listings are complete, accurate, and customer friendly
• Loading and updating pricing quickly and correctly
• Identifying and fixing incomplete products
• Communicating with partners (calls, follow ups) to collect missing data
• Closely supporting your account manager and sales, or any other teams in resolving escalations and operational blockers fast
• Improving data quality and spotting inconsistencies
• Looking for faster, smarter ways to work (not just following processes)

• Detail oriented - you notice what’s missing and fix it
• Comfortable working with data and systems
• Not afraid to pick up the phone and ask questions
• Fast, proactive, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Solution oriented - you look for ways forward, not blockers
• Eager to learn and grow
• Strong communicator (written and verbal) in English, German or French is a plus
• You enjoy a fast moving environment, adapt quickly to change, and genuinely love what you do
