Role Overview:

Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here’s your chance! You will be leading the local operations team in Slovakia and working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible and affordable.

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia or Prague, Czech Republic

Key responsibilities:

• Analysing data to optimise Bolt’s marketplace health for drivers and riders.
• Developing complex analytical models and reporting systems for Slovakia.
• ​Developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business (stakeholders include: unions; regulators; government officials; local communities, etc.).
• Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
  
• Overseeing the optimisation of local operational processes and procedures.
  
• Driving business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.

​What We’re Looking For:

• You have 1+ years of experience in an operations management role.
• You have 5+ experience working in Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or in a related field.
• ​You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent English and the Czech or Slovak language (both verbal and written).
• You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day.
• You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing.
• You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills.
• You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.
