O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

  • manage and expand business relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term partnership success

  • actively research, identify, and acquire new customers based on comprehensive market and potential analyses

  • negotiate lead renewals, pricing agreements, and contract terms

  • prepare, present, and negotiate complex technical and commercial offers from initial contact through to successful closing

  • provide day-to-day high-quality technical and commercial consultancy to both new and existing business partners

  • conduct market and competitor analyses in close collaboration with the Product Management team

  • align closely with internal departments, including Product Management, Production, and Engineering

  • travel regularly for face-to-face customer visits and on-site meetings as a core element of your routine

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • technical understanding, preferably in the field of electrical engineering

  • proactive sales drive combined with solid negotiation skills and commercial awareness

  • customer orientation and natural relationship-building skills

  • initial experience in sales or account management is an advantage (essential for non-junior candidates)

  • interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities

  • high level of initiative, reliability, and personal commitment to achieving goals

  • ability to a work independently while being a collaborative and supportive team player

  • basic knowledge of marketing principles and/or CRM systems is a plus

  • willingness to travel (approx. 30-40% of the time) for client visits

  • proficient command of English (written and spoken) is required; German language skills are a strong plus
