MAIN GOALS

• In the initial greenfield development stage, your role will be spearhead the planning and execution of the new factory's construction, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, the focus will be on implementing cutting-edge engineering solutions and establishing robust operational frameworks. This includes designing and implementing systems that are efficient, scalable, and compliant with the highest standards. This stage is crucial for setting the foundation for efficient and sustainable operations.
  
• As the facility transitions from greenfield to operational status, your role will evolve to emphasize the continuous improvement of these processes. You'll leverage lean manufacturing principles to refine and optimize operations, utilizing advanced simulation techniques to test and implement improvements. Your efforts will ensure that manufacturing processes remain efficient, compliant, and adaptable to future needs. Your work will directly contribute to the facility's operational excellence and long-term success
  

MAIN TASKS:

• Lead and manage the construction and setup of the new factory, ensuring it aligns with all operational, regulatory, and company standards according key project milestones.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors to oversee the construction processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution, mitigate risks and address issues proactively.
• Work closely with both local and international teams, including corporate management, to ensure cohesive progress and adherence to global standards. Engage in cross-functional collaboration with various departments to ensure that the manufacturing processes and systems are fully aligned with the overall objectives of the greenfield project.
• Utilize simulation techniques to model manufacturing processes and workflows, allowing for the testing and validation of process designs before full-scale implementation. This step is crucial for identifying potential bottlenecks, optimizing material flow, and ensuring the robustness of production strategies.
• Design efficient manufacturing workflows and processes tailored to the unique requirements of the greenfield environment, focusing on ensuring that these systems are scalable, sustainable, and capable of supporting high-volume production and are designed with safety and quality at their core
• Continuously monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, applying lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
• Implement advanced simulation techniques to rigorously test proposed process improvements, validating their effectiveness and ensuring that any adjustments to manufacturing workflows do not disrupt production or compromise quality.
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration efforts to integrate process enhancements seamlessly across the facility. This includes working closely with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and contribute positively to the overall operational goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all process changes and updates, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and risk assessment reports. This documentation is vital for ensuring consistency, facilitating training, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance checks to ensure that manufacturing operations continue to adhere to the latest health, safety, and environmental regulations. This proactive approach to risk management is essential for safeguarding employees, protecting the environment, and ensuring the facility operates within legal and regulatory boundaries.
• Serve as a key advisor to upper management, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis of manufacturing operations. This includes preparing detailed reports on process performance, improvement opportunities, and the potential impact of external factors on production efficiency.
• Conduct regular project reviews and systems audits to ensure optimal performance and to identify areas for improvement.

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies, experience with ERP and MES systems.
