Customer Support Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help us take customer care to the next level!

If you're solution-oriented, communicative - this could be your ideal role. You will mainly:

• Communicate with customers via our ticketing system (no direct contact with the customer)

• Resolve inquiries related to products, services, and platform use

• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and follow up

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Suggest improvements to internal processes

• Help out the marketing department with publishing content on social media

  • Help with preparation of marketing materials

  • Creative mindset and marketing experience are a plus

  • Copywriting experience is a plus

• Miscellaneous tasks

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role
• Technical skills and knowledge of technology is a plus
• Additional foreign languages are welcome and a plus
• Experience with support systems (e.g.: Freshdesk)
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
• B2 English level (spoken & written)
• Reliability, attention to detail
• Proactive approach
