Join one.com in our Bratislava office with flexible home office options as a Website Sales Representative and be on the front line of helping small and medium-sized businesses grow their digital presence.
As part of group.one, one.com is a leading European web hosting and domain provider, offering modern website solutions, online marketing, and business development services. We are expanding our “do it for me” sales team and are looking for a German-speaking sales professional who is motivated to acquire new customers, build relationships, and drive growth.

Your responsibilities:
Identify, acquire, and upsell new and existing customers across various industries, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses.
Present one.com’s products and services (web hosting, SEO, online marketing, etc.) to customers via phone and guide them in choosing the right solutions.
Lead contract negotiations and close deals that directly contribute to revenue growth.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, supporting retention and account growth.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients to set them up for long-term success.
Take ownership of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve and streamline sales processes within this new start-up team.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Sales Experience: a few years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, IT, or digital services such as web hosting and online marketing.
• German speaker, English as a 2nd nature: language skills are considered a strong plus.
• Consultative selling: this is not door-to-door sales but trust based relationship sales. We are not looking for push sales but a long term relationship with our customers.
• Closing Skills: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to handle outbound calls.
• Self-Motivation & Ambition: A proactive, ambitious attitude with a strong drive for success.
• Tech Savvy: Solid understanding of digital tools and a passion for web hosting, digital solutions, and innovation.
