Technical Buyer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

For a successful global player operating in a market in which quality, precision and customer proximity are traditionally of enormous importance we would like to find a proactive, responsible and result-oriented colleague for a role of Technical Buyer responsible for procurement of all production materials.

Your tasks:
Procurement of all production materials for:
- Spare Parts order
- Planned orders in the context of machine deliveries in Europe
- Orders from partners in the group of companies
- Follow-up Deliveries
- Warehousing (incl. construction of safety stocks)

Purchase of materials (individual parts, assemblies, conversion kits, etc.) at the Group's plants in Asia and from suppliers in Europe

Obtaining quotations, negotiating with international suppliers, placing orders, tracking orders, reviewing and releasing invoices

Creation and maintenance in the ERP system (SAP) of:
- Master Data and MRP Parameters
- Orders
- Goods movements

Tracking of cost developments, initiation or pursuit of measures to achieve target costs

Development and maintenance of spare parts prices in coordination with spare parts sales

Development and maintenance of a supplier management

Implementation and further development of the digitization of the process steps

Assumption of responsibility as SAP key user for purchasing processes

Participation in the creation of a purchasing strategy and, above all, the implementation of the strategic objectives of European suppliers in day-to-day operational business.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Your qualifications & experience:

- SAP knowledge, preferably in the modules MM, experience in the modules MW, PP and PS is desirable
- very good knowledge of MS-Office
- high affinity to (internal) customers and strong communication skills
- self-image as an internal service provider
- University degree in business administration or industrial engineering or completed commercial/technical training and comparable professional experience/further training
