Product Owner

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Manage the software development team backlog based on requirements.
- Define, structure and prioritize the software release increments as backlog items.
- Represent the team in release planning activities.
- Moderate backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.
- Approve sprint plan and accept sprint results.
- Coordinate dependencies to other teams.
- Align stakeholder’s expectation and deliveries.
- Collect and implement requirements from stakeholders.
- Present software product increments to the stakeholders on sprint reviews or separate product demonstrations.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Successfully completed master’s degree education in IT field.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, MS Office.
- Experience with Jira is an advantage.
- Experience in team or project management at least 2 years.
- Practical experience with Agile and Scrum.
- Written and spoken English is a must.
- German is an advantage.
- Driver’s license category B.
- Responsible and organized manager.
- Leader.
