Master Data specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Specialist responsible not only for managing Business Partner (BP) master data, but also for supporting data-related workflows and approval structures. This role plays a key part in ensuring BP data accuracy, proper governance, and smooth operation of approval processes across systems.


• Create, update, and maintain Business Partner (BP) master data (customers, vendors, partners)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems
• Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records
• Support e-commerce processes related to customer and partner data
• Manage and maintain workflow (DMS WF) structures, including:
- Setup and maintenance of releaser and approver roles
- Assignment and updates of user access rights and responsibilities
- Ensuring correct approval flows and authorization levels
- Supporting audits and compliance requirements related to approvals
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, IT) to ensure correct data usage and workflow setup

• Implement and follow data governance standards, including ownership and approval rules
• Monitor and improve data and workflow processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Prepare reports and analyses related to data quality and workflow performance
• Participate in system improvements and automation initiatives

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Experience with master data management or similar administrative/data roles
- Understanding of approval workflows and user access/authorization concepts
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Systematic and very careful way of working
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- English at a communicative level (B2)
- German language skill is a plus
