Your Mission:
As a Logistic Supplies Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless material flow and production success. You’ll collaborate with suppliers, tackle delivery challenges, and optimize inventory to keep things running like clockwork.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure daily production needs are met like a pro.

• Keep deliveries smooth – right quantity, right time.
• Spot and solve shortages before they become issues.
• Manage return shipments of defective or surplus materials.
• Team up with launch & program managers for seamless prototypes.
• Stay sharp with BOM updates to avoid obsolescence.

• Keep SAP data correct
• Stay ahead with accurate parts master files and timely releases.
• Help onboard new suppliers and be their logistics guide.
• Solve supplier disputes and ensure mutual success.
• Drive supplier evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Back up Quality Office on rejected materials.
• Maintain optimal stock levels – no overflows, no shortages.

• Relevant experience
• Logistics processes overview
• Active English
• Strong PC skills
• SAP knowledge is a bonus
