Electrical Engineer - Greenfield Project

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Plan, implement, and document electrical engineering projects in accordance with quality objectives, cost, and schedule specifications.

• Oversee detailed planning, construction supervision, and preparation of technical documentation following project approval.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets based on detailed construction drawings or functional specifications.

• Act as the key coordinator, ensuring effective communication with all internal and external project stakeholders (design institutes, contractors, suppliers, internal departments) to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.

• Assess impacts, prepare quotations, and ensure project objectives are met in the event of changes to data, locations, or other deviations from the plan.

• Prepare technical proposals and participate in the tender process.

• Participate on-site management, focusing on monitoring construction quality and deadlines, and ensuring effective communication with designers, internal teams, and joint-venture partners.

• Responsible for communication and coordination with relevant government authorities, utility companies (e.g., power distributors), and other entities.

• Collaborate with HVAC and architectural teams to achieve the electrical-related aspects of the factory's LEED certification and net-zero impact goals.

• Establish and optimize maintenance plans and procedures for the plant's electrical systems.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Automation or other related field)

• At least 3 years of prior experience in the design of electrical equipment, project implementation, or construction site management—a mandatory requirement

• A valid Certificate of Professional Competence in Electrical Engineering

• Knowledge of Slovak national (STN) and European (EN) regulations and standards

• Proficiency in English and Slovak at a communicative level (minimum B2) – a requirement (regular communication with customers and international colleagues)

• Proficiency in using EPLAN Electric P8 and AutoCAD for electrical design

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to respond quickly to problems, analytical thinking, and thoroughness in problem-solving

• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment

• Microsoft Office – proficiency with the suite is required
