At Global Blue, fraud risk management in Tax Free Shopping (TFS) is powered by advanced data analytics at scale. With tens of millions of transactions processed every year, we are continuously evolving our fraud detection capabilities — including adapting to emerging AI-driven threats.

We are looking for a Fraud Prevention Specialist who thrives on data, logic, and problem-solving — someone who enjoys building solutions, not just analyzing problems.

What you’ll do?
• Design and implement fraud detection rules using SQL and Python
• Analyze large datasets to identify suspicious patterns and propose new detection methods
• Own and improve the fraud detection tool (incl. collaboration with external vendors)
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
• Prepare analyses and reports for stakeholders
• Investigate suspicious cases and make data-driven decisions

What we’re looking for?
• Background in Mathematics, Statistics, or Informatics
• Experience in data analysis (technical assignment included)
• Strong SQL & Python
• Analytical mindset and logical thinking
• English B2+

Informácie o výberovom konaní:
Location: Slovakia (Hybrid working model: 1 day in the office after successful probation period)
