New Projects Coordinator

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

+ Support the sales process by coordinating the process of new projects. Below activities of this process are partially performed by the candidate we look for and for the biggest part outsourced to our global support team abroad. This outsourcing is coordinated and controlled by you from Slovakia.

• Assess/study new documentation to prepare any feedback to the customer regarding unclear issues or suggestions for improvement.
• Prepare the Bill of Material for components used in the products and request Sourcing to get purchase prices for this.
• Calculate the times needed to produce a product.
• Define tooling for production and testing that is needed for the project and get tooling in place in case the project is won.
• Prepare the quote for Sales to send to the customer.
• Coordinate sample build and First Article Inspection with Production and Quality.
  

+ Support the other departments in their jobs in case of need or during their absence.

+ Supporting the management in all tasks required to ensure smooth running of the company.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Able to communicate well in English, spoken and written (German is a plus).

Willingness and dedication to perform your job in the best way possible.

Technical background, by education and/or several years of experience (preferably electro-technical, cables, connectors, mechatronics, etc.).

Preciseness, pro-active attitude, being able to work independent, and to organize others

Communicative skills to communicate with customers.

Decent user knowledge of Windows, Office, and email software.

A part of the mentioned responsibilities is performed in our ERP software. Experience with this is not required, decent computer skills however are.

Higher professional education preferred.
