Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to take strategic ownership of the client-facing portals used by our B2B partners – casino operators, platforms, aggregators, and others. These include tools like our Client Area, Front Office, technical submission portals, and, in a broader sense, even our public-facing website.
This role is ideal for someone who understands value delivery in B2B products, sees the bigger picture beyond UI, and is comfortable working across multiple internal teams to build tools that simplify processes and empower both clients and internal stakeholders. We also see these portals as evolving into efficient two-way communication channels – not just to push information to clients, but also to gather feedback, usage patterns, and insights that help us improve the relationship and the product.
What you’ll do
- Own and evolve the suite of client-facing portals used by our B2B partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve UX, automation, and adoption across portals.
- Develop the portals as interactive communication platforms, enabling feedback loops and better insight into client behavior and needs.
- Work closely with Sales, Account Management and Marketing to offload manual tasks through smarter tooling and automation.
- Collaborate with UX, analysts, and delivery teams – you won’t be alone on execution.
- Define and track key metrics to evaluate product performance and make data-informed decisions.
- Understand internal processes and systems to ensure our portals truly support client needs and business goals.
- Lead the strategic unification and streamlining of existing tools and client touchpoints.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Who you are
- You have mid to senior-level experience in product management, ideally with B2B tools or portals.
- You think in outcomes and metrics, not just features.
- You understand the dynamics of B2B relationships and how client portals are used in real business workflows.
- You’re comfortable navigating cross-functional environments – from devs and designers to sales and support.
- You don’t need to code, but you can talk to developers, analysts, and UX designers and get things moving.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus, but not required.
