Join our Group Talent Acquisition & Development Experience team and get hands-on experience in a high-impact, cross-country project aimed at transforming how we attract, develop, and retain talent at UNIQA. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the roll-out of a group-wide Talent Intelligence Platform, Job architecture & skills taxonomy model as well as Performance management process for the entire UNIQA group. We are introducing the latest AI technology to transform our talent management and talent acquisition practices across all our regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the design, testing and roll-out of a group-wide Talent Intelligence Platform to maximize employee experience across all UNIQA countries
• Coordinate and execute change management plans for the rollout of a Talent Intelligence Platform.
• Design, develop, and deliver training sessions on Talent Intelligence Platform, Succession Planning, and other key platform functionalities.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop a new career site, ensuring consistent branding and messaging while supporting recruitment and employer branding objectives.
• Gather and structure feedback from users and stakeholders to support ongoing improvements.
• Drive and activate our new Group EVP and employee advocacy program across regions.
• Support the team in developing and maintaining & update the job catalog and skills taxonomy in the Talent Intelligence Platform. When necessary, organize sessions to map skills to roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support the team in the implementation and roll-out of the performance management process and develop it further to support the business needs and make it more efficient.
• As a project driven team support any new initiatives that may come within the experience teams.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, Human Resources, or a related field
• Work experience in HR within a multinational environment and experience in HR project management.
• Good understanding of key HR functions and processes
• Tech-savvy and interest in HR technology
• Advanced excel skills
• Proactive, problem-solving, and structured working style with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English, including experience in (training) facilitation and on-line presentations.
• Collaborative spirit and curiosity to learn in an international environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across countries and functions.
• Content creation skills for internal communications to support successful change adoption of our projects.
• Hands-on experience with career site management, employer branding is a plus.
