Operative purchaser

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

- You are responsible for purchasing materials according to the contract's orders, which are negotiated (prices and frame conditions) from the headquarters / mother company

- You will take care for organization of the planned materials for the production

- You organize all materials arriving in time for scheduled production deadlines (quantity and dates)

-You will communicate with the suppliers with regards of operational topics accordingly

- You look for new possible suppliers (with guidance from strategic purchasing) and discuss the cost reduction possibilities with the strategic purchase department (according to strategic purchasing needs - close cooperation)

- You are responsible for the master data creation in SAP S/4 HANA for new products (purchasing view), but also maintain and actualize the existing data in SAP S/4 HANA (regarding purchase )

- Furthermore you will support the team during the inventory counts at the end of the year.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- A degree / experience in the field of economics / production or supply chain management

- You are confident in using the common MS Office applications

- You are a team player and an independent, committed way of working is a matter of course for you
- You have a strong understanding of processes, good analytical thinking and act in a solution-oriented and goal-oriented determined manner

- Your good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
