Commercial Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing sales performance and financial data while collaborating closely with IT teams to enhance data processing, automation, and reporting systems. Your insights will support business decision-making, optimize pricing strategies, and improve operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Market Data Analysis

• Analyse sales performance and market conditions to identify business opportunities. Provide insights to optimize pricing, promotions and commercial conditions.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure accurate and timely data collection from various sources for BI tools and support demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Analyse product profitability and suggest pricing adjustments based on real-time data. Work with IT to integrate pricing algorithms and automation tools for efficiency. Conduct margin analysis and cost modeling using data visualization tools.

2. Data Management

• Work with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure, ensuring smooth data integration across systems and assist in the automation of data reporting, reducing manual efforts and improving efficiency.
• Support the development and optimization of business intelligence (BI) dashboards in QS or similar tools.

3. Financial & Commercial Reporting

• Track and analyse revenue, margins, and key financial KPIs.
• Develop dynamic reports and dashboards for management to improve strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Understanding of ERP, CRM, and business intelligence tools and data warehousing.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  
• Driving license B is an advantage
