IT Security Engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Join our dynamic team in Bratislava! This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position, offering the perfect balance of three days in the office and two days working from home.

As an IT Security Engineer you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, developing, designing, testing and implementing security measures for Epicor system and products, as well as mentoring other members of the IT Security Ops team and assist in the education of IT security across the organization.

​What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical expertise and analysis for all areas of security technology, including network security, platform security, authentication/authorization systems, identity & access management systems, application security and security infrastructure.

• Analyze and propose solutions for security risks, threats and vulnerabilities across networks, systems and applications.

• Proactively protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information stored & processed by and/or in the custody of Epicor Software.

• Develop technical documentation to support the design, evaluation, selection, installation, and maintenance of security systems.

• Develop and document technical security standards to comply with policies and best practices.

• Conduct technical evaluations of IT systems for compliance with security policies, standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.

• 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
