Local Supply Chain Specialist (male/female)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Communication with customers, confirmation of the orders.
• Securing customer solutions and timely escalation.
• Creating of shipping documents.
• Communication with other departments.
• Creation of invoices, including credit and debit notes.
• Working with database system, customer data records.
• Responsibility for customer price lists.
• Checking contracts for logistics department.
• Creating the reports and statistics.
• Responsibility for the orders of the partner companies and suppliers and preparing corresponding delivery program.
• Responsibility for compliance with the delivery dates, on-time delivery od suppliers.
• Maintaining and optimizing the article master data and dispatch data for additional purchase.
• Participating on fulfilling the goals and following the logistic goals.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
