We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (m/f/n) who will take ownership of our global customer journey ecosystem, lead experimentation initiatives, support strategic product launches, and champion AI-driven innovation across marketing operations.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence customer engagement across email and in-product customer journeys, collaborate with international stakeholders, and help define the next generation of marketing automation, personalization, and AI-driven engagement capabilities.

##What You'll Do##

- Own and optimize automated email and in-product messaging (IPM) customer journeys, transactional communications, and lifecycle programs that drive engagement, retention, product adoption, and business growth.
- Lead email and IPM experimentation, personalization, and optimization initiatives, leveraging customer insights, A/B testing, and data analysis to continuously enhance performance and customer experience.
- Act as the Global Marketing Automation Lead for key Consumer and B2B product launches, partnering with Digital Sales and Product teams to deliver impactful customer communications.
- Transform data into strategic decisions by analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Drive AI-powered innovation by identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability through automation and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate across global teams, providing expert guidance on marketing automation strategy, best practices, and customer lifecycle optimization.

##What We're Looking For##

- Proven experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer journey optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business actions.
- Experience designing and evaluating A/B testing programs.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and leveraging AI to solve business challenges.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and influence cross-functional teams in a global environment.
