Our Bratislava consulting team is currently growing and hiring all seniority levels of employees.

Your tasks:

• Supporting the management of banking clients in addressing strategic and operational challenges by controlling structured analyses and consulting input
• Participate in challenging consulting project across the banking industry, gaining exposure to areas such as digital transformation, modernization initiatives and operational improvement
• Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions, supporting clients in modernizing their business models and introducing new technologies
• Work as part of client and consulting teams on projects such as fintech-related initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, target operating model development, automation solutions, etc.
• Gather and document business requirements on the frontline, supporting business analyses, documentation and specification activities required for successful project implementation
• Collaborate closely with clients and project teams, analyzing business needs and supporting the translation of client vision into structured project outputs
• Demonstrate willingness to travel internationally up to four days per week, primarily to Germany, Switzerland, and Great Britain, to work closely with client and project teams

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Education & Professional Experience: 

• Master’s degree in management, Economics, or Information Technology or a comparable relevant field
• Initial professional experience in management consulting, financial services, or a related industry is a strong advantage
• Exposure to project-based work environment, familiarity with project management methodology (e.g. Agile or Waterfall) is a plus
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering or process documentation is beneficial

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex information clearly
• Affinity to information technology; profound MS Office skills, any other technology experience is a benefit
• Good communication and presentation skills in English, additional languages are an asset
• Strong team orientation and collaboration skills, combined with a proactive hands-on mindset
• High level of motivation, reliability and willingness to learn in fast-paced consulting environment
