Fraud Prevention Representative (Part-Time)

Are you a detail-oriented university student with strong analytical skills and an interest in fraud prevention? Join our Fraud Prevention Team and help us detect and stop fraudulent activity across Europe.

As a Fraud Prevention Representative, you’ll play a key role in investigating alerts flagged by our fraud detection system or reported by our colleagues. You'll support our mission to fight fraud involving identity misuse and stolen documents, and help us build safer, smarter systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Investigating alerts based on set rules

• Cooperating with local offices and other internal teams

• Preparing reports and summaries of confirmed fraud cases

• Maintaining accurate records in Excel and internal tools

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What do we expect?

• English at B2 level – written and spoken

• You’re a university student (ideally in economics, security, IT, or similar)

• Or you have completed high school

• Proficient in Excel (pivots, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)

• Comfortable using Outlook

• A proactive team player with assertive communication and a willingness to learn
