Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant / Telephone Operator for our Diplomatic Technology Team - replacement for maternity leave. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The incumbent serves as the Embassy’s representative as the primary switchboard operator in the Diplomatic Technology section. The incumbent is well versed in mobile device services and technologies and serves as the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for the Embassy’s mobile service contracts. In addition, they manage, setup, and support mobile devices and manage data plans for embassy personnel. The incumbent also manages the emergency notification and accountability systems. He/she performs managerial and executive duties necessary to support the section’s American and local employees Staff.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience: Two years of experience performing administrative, managerial, and executive duties necessary to support a work section or division.
Education: Secondary School completion
Language: English and Slovak - Lever 3 Good working knowledge
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to use desktop computer and Microsoft Office Suite Software. Must be diplomatic and tactful when interacting with the public and answering inquires. Must be able to set priorities and organize own work to meet deadlines. Required to administer SharePoint and manage the My Service platform.
Qualifications: All applicants under consideration will be required to pass medical and security certifications.
