Turkish-Speaking Financial Support Specialist

This is not your typical accounting job – it’s a dynamic role where you’ll dive into financial operations, improve processes, work with cross-functional teams, and directly influence vendor satisfaction.

-Investigate and resolve complex accounts receivable discrepancies (vendor returns, commercial terms, payment delays)
-Reconcile vendor statements against internal ledgers to ensure accurate and timely payments
-Communicate with vendors via phone and email to address inquiries, build relationships, and ensure satisfaction
-Collaborate closely with retail, finance, and internal operations teams
-Use Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to create reports and perform reconciliations
-Conduct regular meetings with vendors to maintain alignment and foster trust
-Take ownership of key vendor accounts and contribute to scalable financial solutions

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
-2+ years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, or a similar role
-Solid understanding of debit/credit accounting principles
-Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and reconciliations
-Proven track record of managing client or customer relationships
-Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken & written) is essential
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)
