Project Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

​-Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure that project objectives are well-defined and aligned with the client's requirements.
-Project Execution: Lead project teams to execute tasks and activities as per the established plan. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks to keep the project on track.
-Communication with Clients: Establish and maintain regular communication channels with clients. Keep them informed about project status, progress, milestones, and any potential changes or challenges.
-Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback. Address concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
-Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Respond promptly to any unforeseen challenges that may arise during the project.
-Quality Control: Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with the client's expectations.
-Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
-Hardware Delivery Management: Coordinate the delivery of hardware components, such as servers and clients, required for the project. Ensure timely delivery and proper installation of the hardware as per project specifications.
-Tender Document Preparation: Cooperate with the sales team in the preparation of tender documents to support the tendering process.
-Outcome Evaluation: Evaluate the outcomes of the project based on the objectives established during the planning phase. Assess whether the project has successfully achieved its intended results and deliverables.
-Lessons Learned: Conduct a thorough review of the project upon completion to identify lessons learned and best practices. Use this knowledge to enhance future project planning and execution.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

-Strong IT background.
-Proven working experience of 5+ years in delivering software projects.
-Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or similar).
-Proficient English language skills at C1 level.
