O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Scheduler to join our team in Kosice, Slovakia. The Supply Chain Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining efficient supply chain operations to support our manufacturing goals.

Main activities :
- ensure the correct master data settings to be in line with the company strategy and the logistics protocol (where applicable),
- analyze the dependent requirements for the relevant material group,
- ensure the correct amount of material is delivered in line with production needs,
- manage emergency situation to avoid line stoppage at company at minimum premium freight cost,
- anticipate exceptional events such suppliers closure, etc,
- coordinate and support the necessary activities with the other members of the team to prevent shortages,
- support Supplier Evaluation System Implementation,
- optimize inventory level and prevent overstock, obsolescence,
- develop and maintain supply chain models.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain scheduling, logistics, or production planning, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Slovak (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics is a plus.
• Knowledge of Computer tools (SAP, Excel).
