Production Engineer ENG

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Work on a wide range of projects from concept.

Support the production operatives during the manufacturing process with any queries and problems encountered in the build process.

Production of engineering route cards including complete assembly instructions for the cable harness operatives on the shop floor. Translation of route cards and assembly instructions from English to Slovakian

Utilising the MRP System, Factory Master, to generate/amend bills of materials for production.

Maintain hand tools and small wire preparation machinery to ensure product flows through the factory.

Produce wire cutting programs for machinery.

Creating engineering drawings for military and commercial cable assemblies based on customer requirements using Microsoft Visio and a specialized software called HarnWare/HarnVis.

Liaise with key stakeholders across the business, sales, projects, clients during all stages of project to ensure all contractual requirements are satisfied.

Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure that production runs smoothly and is delivered on time and in full.

Carries out such other duties that may be reasonably requested.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Engineering experience, with the ability to read engineering drawings.

Design knowledge and experience using drawing software such as Microsoft Visio and HarnWare/HarnVis.

Intermediate or higher level of English knowledge (both written and spoken)

Commercial awareness, with knowledge of key supplier of wire, cable, and interconnect components.

Ability to analyse, find and present solutions to improve the efficiency.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn production processes.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of IPC620 standards.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Full clean driving licence.
