Design engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

1. Design of fiber composite components and assemblies

2. Technical contact person for customers and technical project management of orders

3. Adapting customer data for fiber-composite-compatible production

4. Designing production equipment for manufacturing, machining, and joining of fiber composite parts

5. Designing tools and equipment for quality control and inspection of components

6. Creating drawings for parts and production equipment

7. Creating bills of materials

8. Developing component-specific solutions for manufacturing

9. Creating ply books for fiber composite components

10. Maintaining data and managing changes to components and tools

11. Creating and maintaining items and equipment in the ERP system

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Completed studies or vocational training in a technical field (mechanical engineering, technical product design, etc.) or comparable professional experience, preferably in the automotive sector

• Strong technical understanding and spatial awareness

• Good knowledge of fiber composite materials (manufacturing, material properties, design principles) is an advantage
