What You’ll Do

• Innovate & Optimize: Work on a high-performance, distributed monitoring system, transforming product requirements into powerful features.
• Improve & Evolve: Engage in continuous development, refining both products and processes.
• Solve Real Challenges: Gain hands-on experience tackling interesting problems across internal and production systems.

Job Requirements

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Proficient in OOP concepts.
• Design and Architecture Patterns: Experience with some OOP language. (e.g. Java, Kotlin, or Python)
• LLMs: Experience with tools used for coding assistance and basics of prompt engineering.
• Databases: SQL basics and experience with some RDBMS. (e.g. PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or SQLite)
• Linux: Experience with some Linux distribution and basics of Shell scripting.
• Docker and Git Tools: Familiarity with these tools.
• Agile Development Principles: Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in English: Strong communication skills.

Good to Have

While not mandatory, the following skills and experience are a plus:

• Knowledge of the telco domain, including network technologies and services.
• Integration of LLM models in the applications.
• Experience with ML or DL models (architecture, training loop, evaluation of models, MLOps tools).
• Data-science skills: statistics, visualization of data, Jupyter notebooks.
• Experience with various document-based database systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm charts.
