Health, Safety and Environment Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Due to the new projects and volume growth we are currently strengthening our teams, including HSE topics. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented and hands-on HSE Manager to oversee and optimize processes within our factory. This is a new role in our local organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for creating and developing a safe working environment in accordance with corporate requirements, policies and projects,
• Implementing and maintaining HSE processes,
  
• Management of all areas of HSE including tasks related to building construction, production lines transfers, etc.,
  
• Supporting management in building and developing safety awareness among employee,
  
• Overseeing employee relations and social dialogue in the production environment,
  
• Supervising compliance with health and safety regulations on the premises, 
  
• Creating internal health and safety procedures, regulations, and instructions,
  
• Developing training materials and conducting regular health and safety training,
  
• Supervising HSE and environmental system,
  
• Cooperating with control authorities.

• Practical English on level B2 minimum,
• Practical experience on similar position for. Min. 2 years,
• Experience in a green-field projects will be an asset,
• Strong initiative, ownership of duties and responsibilities,

• Practical experience in HSE area in production environment,
• Practical knowledge of local labour law and other HSE related rules,
• Goals oriented person, solution provider.​
