Brand Manager – Amazon Focus

For more experienced candidates, this is your chance to take ownership of brand growth and marketplace strategies while working closely with a supportive team.

​WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?​

• Taking ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) and business development for a portfolio of assigned brands.
• Creating and executing commercial strategies tailored to each brand – including sales growth initiatives, cost optimization, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
• Analyzing product-level performance across key digital marketplaces and distribution channels.
• Managing and optimizing product listings, primarily on Amazon (content, pricing, availability, etc.).
• Supporting new product launches from planning to execution.
• Conducting regular market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities or risks.
• Collaborating cross-functionally and performing other tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• You have some experience in retail or e-commerce and are eager to learn and grow with us.
• The must-have skill is a strong understanding of working with Profit & Loss – managing costs vs. revenues, margins, and stock levels.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) – you’ll be using English daily.
• Confident working with numbers. You know how to analyze data and make logical decisions about what makes business sense.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Nice to have: experience with PPC campaigns and digital advertising.
  
• You’re proactive, curious, and ready to take on new challenges. If you’re sharp and teachable, we’ll help you build the rest.
