In this position, we’re looking for someone who can jump straight into e-commerce operations. Someone who can use tools to track and optimize listings, understands what makes a strong listing, and knows the key KPIs in this space. Strong Amazon listing skills are a big plus!

WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?

  • Taking ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) and driving business growth for assigned brands.
  • Developing and executing brand-specific commercial strategies.
  • Analyzing product performance across key digital marketplaces.
  • Managing and optimizing product listings on Amazon.
  • Supporting new product launches from planning to execution.
  • Conducting market and competitive research to spot opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally and handling additional tasks as needed.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and real ownership.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • The must-have skill is a strong understanding of working with Profit & Loss – managing costs vs. revenues, margins, and stock levels.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) – you’ll be using English daily.
  • Confident working with numbers. You know how to analyze data and make logical decisions about what makes business sense.
  • You’re proactive, curious, and ready to take on new challenges. If you’re sharp and teachable, we’ll help you build the rest.
