AI Solutions Developer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a motivated AI Solutions Developer to join product development team.

You will help us design and deliver business-ready AI applications that improve productivity and user experience across HR, sales, helpdesk, and other business functions.

Your main focus will be developing chatbots, copilots, and productivity tools in Microsoft Copilot Studio, supported by Azure AI Foundry to orchestrate, manage, and scale AI services. This role is about applying Microsoft AI technologies in practical, value-driven ways, not building custom LLMs.

• Build and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Use Azure AI Foundry to manage models, prompts, and AI orchestration.
• Ensure solutions are reliable, accurate, and intuitive for business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into practical copilots and assistants.
• (Optionally) integrate solutions with Power Platform and Microsoft Teams.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (or similar AI chatbot tools).
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry (or strong willingness to learn).
• Ability to design solutions that balance AI capabilities with business value.
• Curiosity to explore prompt design, orchestration, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred and desirable skills

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams integration.
• Exposure to Azure Cognitive Services.
• Basic data integration skills (APIs, connectors, or Azure Data Factory).
• Awareness of data security and compliance in AI solutions.
