Financial Controller

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

- Responsible for cost controlling activities in alignment with Headquarter strategic plans;
- As a financial controller you provide all relevant financial analytics and actual financial performance compared to targets. Through this role you also deliver a contribution to the analysis of the actual financial performance and the expected future financial development;
- Provide ad hoc financial controlling overviews and analytics based on ad hoc business need;
- You are responsible to plan, organize, coordinate and execute the financial planning and control cycle for your area of responsibility;
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance for your area of responsibility;
- Deep understanding of Process House, Master DoA, IDB/SVB approval process
- Functionally you report to the VP Controlling. As part of the Controlling team, you work closely together with the Finance team and Functional Managers;
- Drive optimization and improvement of processes, standardization of reporting and insight-driven analyses within both the business control and financial control organization to satisfy the need for management information;
- Participate in business improvement projects;
- Reliable financial forecasting; justification of latest estimates;
- Monitoring & analyzing the development of actuals versus forecast and versus budget;

Team structure
- Reports to VP Controlling
- Works directly with Finance Team and Functional Budget owners
- Align activities with the Controlling team colleagues

Požadujeme:

- Having solid finance and control capabilities.
- Analytically strong.
- Having strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Affection with IT systems (ERP, MS Office, BI, AI, etc.)
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
