IT Senior specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Implementation of new IT systems in line with Global standard and initiative in cooperation with Central IT and CoE team.
• Management and responsibility for subordinates in IT team. Building reliable and strong IT team. Professional and personnel development of subordinates.
• Collect requirements from business side in plants and transfer requests to HQ.
• Regular inventory of IT equipment, IT software, licenses, maintain this data in ServiceNow.
• Creating, execution and monitoring the fulfillment of the IT budget. Procurement for IT department.
• Defining requirements and specifications for new team members in line with current business needs.
• Integration of existing and new IT systems with business processes.
• Providing and maintaining printing solutions (office and industrial) within Sisecam locations.
• Ensuring the functionality of implemented IT systems.
• Close cooperation with Cyber Security team, penetration tests, audits (tisax, iso 27001)..
• Communication with suppliers and customers in terms of projects and daily operations.
• Change management.
• Managing in crisis and critical situations (DRP and BCP).
• Arrange and perform regular system\software updates together with HQ and external partners.
• Support and consulting activities for business side and end users. Bridging local teams with HQ IT.
• The employee in this position is also required to perform other tasks at the request of their supervisor arising from operational needs.
• Available for business trips.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service management, IT
Supervisor, Consultancy or Application Development
- Preferably having a project management certificate
- Good command of English
- Proven interpersonal skills to work closely with multiple stakeholders in the organization
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- No restrictions to travel in and abroad
