Junior Controller

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Are you interested in working on yourself and developing your skills in a stable company in Prievidza (Trenčín region) that has been in business for more than 20 years?

We are looking for a person to join our expanding team, whose main job will be:​

• Participating in monitoring and analysis of production costs (materials, overhead, productive hours, hourly rate, direct and indirect production costs), identifying areas for improvement
• Participating in internal monthly reporting (Income orders report, Head count report, Productivity report, Working capital report, Stock ageing, etc.)
• Participating in cost analysis, identification of savings and efficiency & analysis of deviations between the planned and actual state (variance analysis & cost center reporting)
• Participating in preparing reports as requested – ad hoc internal reporting and analysis based on the request from superior, group or local management
• Participating in month-end closings and participating in preparing monthly reports for the local plant management and the group management
• Participating in the annual budget and the quarterly forecasts

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• minimum 1 - 3 years´ professional experience as a Controller in a manufacturing operations environment
  
• advanced knowledge of German language or English language (daily communication with HQ)
• PC user - advanced knowledge of Excel
• PC user - SAP-FI/CO an advantage
• strong analytical skills
• excellent problem-solving skills
• very good communication skills
• ability to work independently and collaboratively
• SLOVAK LANGUAGE C2
