We are currently conducting a recruitment process on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the FMCG sector. Our client is recognised for its strong market presence, innovation, and commitment to delivering high-quality products to consumers.

As their trusted recruitment partner, MARKQUEN s.r.o. is now seeking to identify a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Sales Representative in Slovakia.

Your responsibilities​

• Building and developing long-term relationships with clients and actively acquiring new clients;
• Implementing the sales strategy and achieving targets in line with the company's development direction;
• Implementation of trade activities in the assigned territory.
• Monitoring the market – analysing trends, competitor activities, and growth potential in the region;
• Identifying new sales opportunities and implementing effective actions to support business development;
• Ensuring product presence at points of sale in accordance with company standards;
• Representing the company on the market and building a positive brand image;
• Supporting clients in achieving their goals – providing advice, supporting activities, and strengthening cooperation;
• Ensuring high-quality product display and promotional materials at points of sale;
• Regular reporting of activities and sales results.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Our requirements

• Higher education (preferably in sales, marketing, management, or related fields);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector;
• Knowledge of traditional and modern trade channels and their mechanisms;
• Experience in working with sales targets and strong goal orientation;
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to formulate action recommendations based on sales data;
• Knowledge of English an intermediate level or above;
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and business relationship building;
• High personal culture, independence, responsibility, and a positive attitude;
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) for daily work;
• Valid category B driving license and readiness to work in the field (client visits, market monitoring).
