O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a person to support our finance department with day-to-day financial operations, administrative tasks and Office management tasks

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, accuracy-oriented, organized, with communication skills and with MS Office knowledge.

This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.

Responsibilities

Communication with external accounting company and effective accounting documents management (timely submission, checking, registration, ...)​

​Communication with business partners and internal departments regarding accounting documents and supporting agenda

Maintain accurate and organized financial files and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Responsible for preparing and submitting of various mandatory statistical Reports

​Assists with Car management, Mileage reports, Equipment and Fix Assets management, other different necessary Evidence, Reports and Records

Assists with administrative work related to Employment Agenda

Assists with Business Expense reports provided by employees

Assists with local purchasing activities including vendor management, purchasing orders management, contract management and competitive biddings​

Assists with Internal Controls agenda and Reporting

Assist with preparation of documents for all internal and external auditors

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Assists Finance Manager with various finance tasks

Office management duties

​Effective cooperation and communication with local internal departments, corporate functions, peers, and its Partners.

Development and maintenance of good working relationship with internal and external customers / employees​

​All other ad hoc tasks and duties / special projects as instructed by Finance manager​

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Ability to develop good working relationships

Strong willingness to learn new things

Sense for detail

Good communication skills – both written and verbal

Fluent in English; articulate with good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to coordinate and finalize activities within given time constraints

Experience in influencing staff from other departments (commercial) without having authority given by hierarchy
