Credit Collector

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• You are responsible for monitoring external receivables on our customer accounts and ensuring timely receipt of payments

• You maintain personal contact with our customers, particularly by telephone and in writing, and build a position of trust

• In addition, you take the necessary measures to maintain transparent customer accounts in SAP, e.g. clearing activities, master data maintenance, dunning addresses

• Checking and monitoring the credit order blocks as part of early risk detection in SAP FSCM is your responsibility

• You are responsible for identifying customer risks resulting from payment behavior

• The close exchange of information and escalations with internal interface partners (including credit analysts, order management, legal, sales & commercial operations, accounting and finance) is also part of your tasks

• You are also responsible for supporting the implementation of projects

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training; a function-related additional qualification in the area of finance, credit management or similar is desirable

• You must also have at least 5 years of professional experience in the specialist topics mentioned above; a strong understanding of numbers is a prerequisite

• We require very good knowledge of SAP (ideally FSCM), SAP Business Warehouse and the entire Microsoft Office package

• You are also characterized by high flexibility and very good cooperation, teamwork and conflict skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with external customers are an advantage

• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written (German language is an advantage)
