Junior IT Recruiter

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join the Moxymind team in Košice. In this role, you will support the recruitment of IT and technical professionals and help build strong teams across the company. You will work closely with the Organizational team and various technical stakeholders, contributing to a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

As a Junior IT Recruiter with us you will:

• Search for and screen potential candidates with a focus on IT and technical roles.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interview meetings.
• Present shortlisted candidates to the recruitment team and collect and process feedback.
• Handle administrative and formal aspects related to recruitment and hiring.
• Use modern tools, including AI-based solutions, to improve and streamline recruitment processes.
• Work with internal and external candidate databases.
• Participate in job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding activities.
