Developer Support Engineer – C# Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

An international software company is looking for a technically skilled and communicative who will provide technical support to third-party developers. If you are proficient in C# and enjoy helping other developers solve problems, this position is a great fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to third-party developers during the implementation of our APIs and SDKs (primarily in C#/.NET).

Diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Communicate directly with third-party developers.

Collaborate with the internal development team to escalate and resolve technical bugs.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

Gather feedback from developers and suggest improvements to the overall developer experience.

Requirements:

​Proficiency in C# and .NET.

Experience with REST APIs and client-server architecture.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve problems independently.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
