We’re seeking a dynamic Delivery Manager with strong IT and people management experience to lead our talented team. If you’re a leader who thrives on organization, collaboration, and clear communication with both internal teams and external partners, this role is for you.

As Delivery Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage a diverse team of about 10 professionals across different levels and disciplines
• Oversee the entire game development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, continuously enhancing the process
• Improve and maintain DevOps processes for seamless production flow
• Plan production schedules aligned with business goals, delivering around 15 games annually
• Provide regular project updates and conduct risk assessments with timely escalations
• Communicate effectively with top management and conduct grooming sessions with product leads
• Coordinate with internal and external audiovisual suppliers to ensure quality assets
• Conduct annual performance reviews and support team development and growth by managing the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
