We require their skills and passion for retail to be reflected in the service they provide to our customers. Their role will include:

Leading and managing a team

• Collaborate with the store manager and represent the store manager in managing operations and leading the team
• Exemplary provision of quality customer service and training of team members in this area
• Creating a pleasant working environment
• Developing a team based on strategic succession planning
• Providing feedback and praise for successful completion of tasks

Visual Merchandising

• Assisting in maintaining the visual image of the store in accordance with the requirements set by the Sports Direct brand

Operation and sales

• Responsibility for adhering to results, achieving set goals and utilizing the store's maximum potential
• Leading the team to ensure the effective use of best practices in achieving sales goals and increasing brand awareness
