O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a new team member to join us as a Vendor Management Approver.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable using English and French or German, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working with data and structured processes. You will help ensure vendor information is accurate and complete, supporting smooth internal operations.
Your responsibilities:
Verify that the data in Esker matches the documents provided by the Vendor.
Ensure vendors or company agents fill in the VM Registration Request form correctly.
Check there are no errors or typos in banking details.
If unsure about any data, double-check with the company agent or Team lead and provide feedback in Esker.
Follow the data checking guidelines in this document.
Check VM requests counter periodically throughout the day (3 times a day)
Respond to urgent ad-hoc requests from company agents, copying your Team lead/Manager to track urgent cases.
Coordinate with the Operations team on any questions from Finance.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
English-speaking (daily communication in English) and professional working proficiency in French OR German
Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
Minimum education: high school diploma
Willing to follow office policies, including on-site attendance once per month
No previous work experience required – full training will be provided
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Team player who enjoys working with others
Recent graduates are welcome – this role is suitable as a career start
