Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As part of our international finance team, you'll support the accounting department and continue to grow in a versatile role:

• Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as providing support on general ledger matters in close coordination with our external accounting firm.

• Reviewing and monitoring travel expenses and credit card statements, as well as clarifying outstanding receipts.

• Assist with monthly financial reports and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Collaboration on digitalising and automating financial processes.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• You have a finished education, are currently studying or have recently finished your degree in economics or bring first professional experience in that field.

• Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel.

• A strong interest in IT and a passion for digital tools, automation and AI.

• A structured, thorough and individual approach to work with high standards of quality.

• Fluent in German (B2) and English (B2).
