Europe and META Portfolio Enablement Manager - Digital Workplace Solutions

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Partner with worldwide offering teams throughout the offering development lifecycle and support successful rollout across Europe and META.
- Lead regional enablement activities for new Digital Workplace Solutions offerings, ensuring readiness across sales teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication between offering developers, country leaders, business managers, sellers, marketing teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive go-to-market readiness by ensuring sales teams have access to the right tools, content, resources, and messaging.
- Support localization and adaptation of enablement materials for different regional markets.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams and subject matter experts to deliver effective training programs and technical enablement content.
- Act as the Europe and META offering subject matter focal point after launch, gathering market insights and contributing to future portfolio development.

- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and Microsoft Copilot, to create impactful content, insights, and communications.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and translate business offerings into clear, compelling, seller-focused messaging.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Professional English proficiency and confidence collaborating with global teams in an international business environment.
- Understanding of sales enablement, sales processes, marketing collaboration, training programs, organizational enablement initiatives, and Digital Workplace Solutions technologies is highly valued.
