Software & End of Line - Senior Industrial Engineer - Final Assembly, (VCK)

What you´ll do

You’ll design and optimize processes, equipment, and logistics for Software & End of Line stations—creating 2D/3D layouts, estimating cycle times, and balancing manual and automated work to deliver lean, efficient production solutions.

Main responsibilities 

• Be part & take lead in the development &  implementation of Software & End of Line production setup.
• Responsible for setting up lean & optimized production process for End of Line. 
• Work in a cross-collaboration network for tooling & equipment process development.
• Handle & secure mechanics, automation & software related issues during concept work including safety & functionality.
• Review technical content of the documentation & secure that it meets the agreed level.
• Ensure that requirements regarding documentation for the discipline are included in RFQ.
• Ensure that activities are carried out at the right time according to sourcing & installation plan.
• Ensure that the equipment budget is according to agreements.
• Ensuring installation & commissioning of the equipment’s.
• Secure that legal inspection is carried out & documented.

What you'll bring

• University degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or equivalent technical engineering background.
• Minimum 10 years of practical & project leading experience with tooling and equipment installation (systems design and integration).
• Extensive experience of process related to Software and End of Line.
• Experience on system and component testing of electric vehicles.  
• 3D simulation and software diagnostic tools.
• Machine directive 2006/42 EG and applicable harmonized IATF16949 within area of expertise.
• Basic health & safety knowledge.
• Basic ergonomics knowledge.
• Documentation system knowledge.
• Project management and leadership skills. 

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.700 EUR.
* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
