Senior Project Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We're searching for Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for delivery of complex projects according to the previously signed contractual terms with the customer, so that client’s expectations are met, and the business goals are achieved. By this, the Senior PM plays a key role in developing the business by preparing ground for new sales opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project planning - defining goals, roles and responsibilities of the project team, as well as time schedule and project budget. Maintain the project plan and budget through the project execution and keep it updated when changes occur.  
• Facilitate cooperation and coordination between delivery teams, as well as third parties, so that the project deliveries are on time and within the agreed budget. Set clear priorities to teams when needed.  
• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders in line with the project communication plan and reporting procedures.  
• Closely controlling the revenues and costs in the project. Provide the required reporting and finance information to Finance and Management.  
• Identify potential project risks and execute mitigation strategies. Proper and proactive escalation of risks or issues if needed. 
• Manage all changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget. Changes to contracts should efficiently be managed as a variation.  
• Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, and all relevant stakeholders. Identify and capture up sales opportunities in the projects.  
• Ensure that projects are executed in compliance with Vissim Project management methodology. Ensure that all relevant project documentation, reports and decisions and action points are recorded and stored according to guidelines.   
• Facilitate “lessons learned”- sessions and proactively propose improvement actions to further improve the project execution.  
• Ensure compliance with the provisions arising from QMS/HSE requirements. 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Certifications needed: 
• Experience: 
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.  
• Proven experience in managing and developing project teams. 

Skills: 

• Excellent communication skills (English oral and written). 
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate complex project environments and drive results. 
• Experience from leading commercial activities towards clients.  
• Self-driven when it comes to learning new skills, products and technologies, processes.
• English - B2.
