Regional Financial Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

​At SEGULA Technologies, we are seeking an experienced, highly autonomous, and flexible Financial Manager to take full ownership of financial management, reporting, and controlling across three regional branches: Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Serbia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Reporting & Financial Analysis (SK, CZ, RS)

• Comprehensive processing and deep-dive analysis of the Profit & Loss (P&L)
  statement.
• Variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget), including identifying, investigating, and explaining differences.
• Rigorous cost and revenue analysis to ensure control and actively drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Detailed analysis and monitoring of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Calculation and processing of deferred expenses and accrued income (Accruals/Deferrals).
  

2. Project Controlling & Allocation

• Tracking and processing project-based production data and associated costs.
• Subsequent precise allocation of these costs and production metrics into the P&L structure.
  

3. Cash Flow Management & Payments

• Preparing and managing weekly and monthly Cash Flow forecasts and statements.
• Active monitoring and optimization of liquid cash positions.
• End-to-end processing, validation, and execution of company payments.

4. Accounting Coordination, Compliance & Audit

• Supervising and coordinating outsourced accounting partners across Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Serbia.
• Ensuring all financial reports are processed in strict compliance with Slovak legislation and group consolidation standards.
• Managing, preparing data for, and coordinating the annual external audit process.
• Controlling and performing detailed audits on business travel expenses specifically for the Serbian branch.

5. Forecasting, Budgeting & Group Consolidation

• Formulating regular financial forecasts and driving the annual budgeting process.
• Uploading monthly P&L data into the group & centralized consolidation software.
• Preparing monthly analyses and reports for the Slovak entity to support group
  consolidation.
• Monthly Performance Presentations: Delivering comprehensive presentations of
  financial results, requiring a granular knowledge of the P&L (absolute clarity on
  production components and cost drivers).
• Preparing and processing consolidated reports on a quarterly basis.
  

Requirements:

• Autonomy & Professional Expertise: All the tasks mentioned above must be performed independently based on prior professional experience and knowledge.
• Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and a strong willingness to learn new processes and tools.
• Stress Tolerance: Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, manage tight closing deadlines, and make sound decisions.
• Professional proficiency in English (for daily regional communication and group consolidation reporting). Slovak language is required for statutory compliance.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional numerical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights for cost reduction.
