Data Management Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
*Drive data usage at Henkel through maintaining and enhancing our central data catalog which is at the heart of our data mesh
*Increase adoption by creating user guides, training materials, and support documentation
*Collaborate with different teams to ensure trusted data at Henkel (e.g., data descriptions, data quality, compliance)
*Develop reports and dashboards monitor the health of our data mesh
*Support the definition of data processes and their automation
*Collaborate with multiple teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
*Proven experience in data governance, data cataloging, or data management
*Hands-on skills in Power BI and SQL
*Knowledge of data mesh concepts, data quality processes and data domain structures
*Understanding of legal compliance frameworks like GDPR, EU AI Act
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
*Minimum 2 years of experience in Computer Science or a related technical field
*Hands-on experience with data catalogs, such as Atlan, Precisely Data360, Datahub is a plus
